Foodline & Co. is an independent trading and brokerage company, as an international food and fertilizers supplier. We represent leading manufacturers from Europe, South America, and the USA. All trade transactions are based on international rules and practices, such as GAFTA, FOSFA, LSA, IFA, and others.
We trade physical commodities working out the optimal ways to pass goods from points of origin to the points of end-users, by applying quality control and effective transport logistics.
The company holds strong positions in sales of agricultural and agrochemical products in the EMEA and Far East countries.
Our manufacturers are registered with the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and CIQ China inspection agency as part of AQSIQ / GACC, as with SGS or Veritas quantity and quality control during production and on loading.
The strength of our sales network is in correspondents and agents in many countries. We work closely with our clients, meeting their requirements for the most successful business. Our intention is to establish long-term cooperation and market presence, which ensures continuity, to mutual benefit.
Foodline & Co.is formed by people who have over thirty years of experience in commodities trading and shipping conducted at various Swiss, USA, and Russian companies.
Founder Slobodan Vrzic
Foodline dates back to 1987 as Foodline SA Switzerland, Foodline Corporation, USA with branch in Iraq, China, Poland, Turky, Chech Republic and Russia, the company has always maintained the same field of work in food and agricultural products. The company has had its ups and downs caused by political sanctions and wars in the countries it worked with, such as Iraq, Lybia, Iran, Yugoslavia, and some other countries.
The Company's strategy is to develop new products for the markets in which we are present. In order to increase our business volume, it is necessary to have contracts with new manufacturers that apply modern technology in production. In principle, manufacturers do not have the time, sometimes the knowledge, to deal with sales and marketing, so we are their extended hand and that is why we exist.
We have knowledge of the market, habits, language, and culture of our clients.
Our principle is to work closely with our clients in order to improve their business, for mutual benefit.
